The Adler Hotel in Andalo is unrivalled in its attention to the pleasures of the table. The restaurant, very nice and welcoming, offers an international cuisine together with local specialties and enriched by some well-dosed touch of creativity. Our kitchen offers 4 different 5-course menus every evening, enriching the dinner proposal by adding a course and a choice between: Vital Menu, Vegetarian Menu, Typical Menu and Gourmet Menu. We also offer more than 200 labels to accompany our menus, which you can find on our wine list to discover the uniqueness of our region and the world, every night.
Breakfast is an Italian buffet, with a wide choice of sweet and savoury food.
In the afternoon we are pleased to offer a snack in the bar room for adults and children.
