Gloria Zen is a certified Yoga teacher (500H YTT Alliance) at "Centrolistico" of Milan. She studied with Silvia Romani and Max Gandossi. She participated to several seminaries to deepen her studies on the fluid movement (in particular Yoga Shiva Style with Silvia Romani and the biotransactional Method with Daniele Sardella), on Kundalini Yoga (with Cinzia Di Coccio), on meridians stretching and yin yoga (with Vanessa Fabbriel). She spent a training period in India (Rishikesh) to exercise different toga techniques, for example: ashtanga vinyasa, hatha flow, breathing techniques (pranayama), mantra songs  and meditation. Her main interests are mindfulness meditation, yin yoga, studies on the fluid movement and the practice of yoga respecting your limits, to experience physical and emotional wellbeing.
